MEN GET DEPRESSION
Until recently it was believed that depression was mainly a women's disease. Recent research has shown that 20-25% of men experience this problem. But depression is treatable. You don't have to live with it and should not. It has a part in many other illnesses including:
Alcohol and drug abuse Anxiety disorders Chronic illnesses like diabetes, cancer, HIV, Parkinson’s disease, and Alzheimer’s disease Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
Stroke
I am available as a speaker to groups on the subject of men and depression.
My presentation includes the video and information of the Men Get Depression, as well as an opportunity for questions and discussion.
