• Include a description of your feelings, your emotions. 

• What occurred to cause you to feel that way? 

• Are you aware of any self-talk or automatic thoughts?

• What have you done with the emotions? 

• What other options can you consider about your emotions? 

• What decisions have you made? 

• What actions have you taken? 

• What other options about your actions have you considered? 

• What further decisions are you now contemplating?

• Who else is involved or affected?

• What do they say they feel?

• How are they behaving?

• What decisions do they seem to have made?

• What other issues, concerns, groups are involved and how?

• Is there anything else I should know. If so what is it?

• Please ask any specific or general questions you have about your situation.

Charges:

You may elect to pay, in advance, either per exchange or per hour. The per exchange amount is $30. Almost any issue will require at least two exchanges. You may pay by the hour, at the reduced rate of $50 per hour.  Responses require an average of thirty minutes, but may be more or less.

You may find it convenient to deposit some amount to cover several exchanges. Any deposits not used will be returned immediately upon request. This is only for your convenience.

Payment, which must be received before service can be provided, is through PayPal. If you are unfamiliar with PayPal, click on the PayPal logo below and you will be taken to their site. You will then be able to set up an account with them and deposit directly from your bank.
